We will review our practices and procedures regularly to ensure they are fair and inclusive. We will take seriously any complaints of discrimination, harassment or victimisation and address them promptly and effectively. We will monitor and review the effectiveness of this policy on an ongoing basis.

Individual Responsibilities

All individuals working with or on behalf of AgriFoodX Ltd are expected to treat others with dignity and respect. Everyone has a personal responsibility to ensure that their behaviour does not amount to discrimination, harassment or victimisation, and to report any concerns or incidents they witness.

All complaints will be investigated promptly, thoroughly and confidentially. Appropriate action will be taken against anyone found to have committed an act of discrimination, harassment or victimisation.

Review

This policy will be reviewed annually to ensure it remains current and effective. AgriFoodX Ltd will monitor its implementation and make amendments as necessary to reflect changes in legislation, best practice or organisational needs.
